The Ceremony of Awarding Prizes to the Finalists of Anti-trafficking Poster Competition

Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association awarded the prizes to the finalists of Anti-trafficking Poster Competition on 11 May, 2006, 11:00am at the Art Gallery “Kopala”(address: #7, Dzmebi Zubalashvili Street).

Poster Competition was organized in the frames of “No To Trafficking in Persons” project, implemented with support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

35 people from Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi Kutaisi and Gori participated in the Poster Competition. The board of adjudicators consisting of designers, psychologists and representatives of NGOs, has chosen top 5 posters from 84 ones.

Competition finalists are:

1. Natalia Lazarashvili

2. Masho Nadiradze

3. Irakli Datoshvili

4. Natalia Lazarashvili

5. Irina Sharabidze

The participants on the first, second and third places were awarded prize money. The authors of original ideas were also awarded.

The posters will be used during public awareness raising campaign conducted in the frames of “No To Trafficking in Persons” project. The goal of Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association is to make people realize danger of trafficking and that this problem can touch everyone.
